On arrival in our office we truly like you to feel like you are in a warm, friendly, healing environment. We make every attempt to make sure that you are comfortable and at ease. Many patients arrive in pain and we want them to know that we are concerned about their problem and that we want to find a solution that is going to get them the best results possible.

After completing a medical history questionnaire you will be escorted back by one of our caring staff members to a consultation room. This consultation is your opportunity to express your health concerns and expectations, and to ask any questions you may have pertaining to your health. It is also for the doctor to express their role in your health care and discuss your health prognosis. If the doctor determines that you have a problem that we treat in our office they will make a recommendation to proceed with a physical exam. This is a comprehensive exam and will include orthopedic testing, reflex assessments, sensory testing, muscle testing, and specific chiropractic palpation. Special testing may be necessary for certain conditions. In some cases x-rays may be necessary to determine an exact diagnosis. X-rays are done on site.

We do not accept all new patients for care because we do not treat all conditions. After the doctor reviews the information gathered in your exam and from your x-rays they will determine if your problem can be corrected by chiropractic care or if you require another form of care. If you are accepted for care all of your exam and x-ray findings will be thoroughly reviewed with you.
