Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone or email. If you are a new patient experiencing pain we will get you in today! We offer hours to accommodate all schedules, arriving early and staying late to meet the needs of our patients.
Financial
We will submit all insurance forms for you so you can focus on getting well. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We have a variety of payment plans to accommodate your budget. We accept check, cash, any major credit card and care credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
